1) The deadline for submission of applications forinvitation of the tender for preparation of “The process engineeringand architectural and construction design documentation, as requiredunder the construction law for obtaining all necessary permitsincluding the building permit for the project titled Liquefied NaturalGas Regasification Terminal in Swinoujscie” elapsed on Monday, July 16.Nevertheless, pursuant to Article 27.5 of the Public Procurement Act,an application is deemed submitted in time, if it is sent within thedeadline for submission of the applications and the contracting entityhas received it within 7 days of such deadline.

This means that the applications that were sent by 16 July and will be received by 23 July will be deemed submitted in time.

2) The procedure concerns selection of thecontractor for process engineering and architectural and constructiondesign documentation rather than selection of a bid for LNG terminalconstruction, as incorrectly stated in the PAP’s message of 18 July.
