Violetta Jaśkowiak

Ms Violetta Jasińska-Jaśkowiak graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1983 as a Master of Engineering in Materials Technology, in 1996 she completed postgraduate studies in taxes at the Warsaw School of Economics, College of Management and Finance, and in 1997 she completed postgraduate studies in accounting at the same university. In 2009, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Montreal (CEMBA) and a Diploma with distinction from the Master of Business Administration (Economics) of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2003, she was entered in the list of tax advisors with the entry number 09987.

She gained her professional experience in banking, finance and insurance sector (Kredyt Bank SA, TUiR WARTA SA, Bank Rozwoju Eksportu SA), where she was responsible for the area of tax strategy. She was also the President of the Management Board of Austropol Sp. z o.o.

She has been with PGNiG SA since 2008, initially as Deputy Director of the Accounting Department, and since June 2012 as Director of the Accounting Department and Chief Accountant.  

Procurator of PGNiG SA represents the company in the performance of legal transactions by the PGNiG SA Management Board.
