At its meeting on 18 December, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, acting pursuant to § 7 of the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 18 March 2003 concerning the selection  procedure for the position of a board member in certain commercial companies, adopted a resolution to close the selection procedure for the position of the President of the Management Board and members of the Management Board of PGNiG without any appointment.

The decision of the Supervisory Board will be promptly communicated to all the candidates.
