Update on natural gas deliveries from countries east of Poland
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA reports that natural gas supplies provided under the Yamal Contract at the interconnection points in Drozdovitse (Ukraine), Kondratki (Belarus) and Vysokoye (Belarus) remain inconsistent with the nominations made by the Company.

Reduced natural gas supplies from countries east of Poland

Another quarter of PGNiG Group's improved financial performance on high crude output
In the first six months of 2014, the PGNiG Group earned over PLN 1.5bn in net profit, up 6% year on year, with high crude oil output and mild winter as the key contributors. The financial performance was also affected by impairment loss recognised on the Group's exploration assets.

Contractual gas supplies from Ukraine to Poland unaffected

Dividend for 2013 of PLN 0.15 per share
On May 15th 2014, the Annual General Meeting of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA resolved to pay out a dividend of PLN 885m, or PLN 0.15 per share, to Company shareholders. The dividend record date and the dividend payment date were set for August 14th 2014 and September 4th 2014, respectively.

PGNiG and LOTOS to work together in Norway
PGNiG Upstream International and LOTOS Exploration & Production Norge have signed a letter of intent for collaboration in projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The companies are to work together in the review and pursuit of potential acquisitions, and will participate together in licensing rounds held by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.

Record-high crude oil production and mild winter weather as key contributors to PGNiG Group’s performance in Q1 2014
In Q1 2014, the PGNiG Group posted a net profit of almost PLN 1.2bn. This was 10% higher than in the corresponding quarter of 2013, primarily on the back of record-high crude oil production, lower gas sales and falling gas prices on European exchanges.

PGNiG SA terminates its agreement with the consortium contracted to expand the Wierzchowice Underground Gas Storage Facility
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA has terminated its agreement with the consortium carrying out the construction work at the Wierzchowice Underground Gas Storage Facility, citing non-performance and defective performance of the agreement in conflict with its provisions as the grounds for the termination.

PGNiG Management Board's recommendation concerning allocation of the 2013 profit
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA has resolved to recommend that the General Meeting of PGNiG allocate an amount of PLN 885m, out of the 2013 net profit of approximately PLN 1.69bn, to dividend payment. This would translate into dividend per share of PLN 0.15.

Record-high crude production bolsters PGNiG Group’s performance in 2013
In 2013, the PGNiG Group earned over PLN 1.9bn in net profit, which was primarily attributable to record-high crude oil production after the Lubiatów facility and the Skarv field on the Norwegian Continental Shelf were brought on-stream, and to improved profitability of gas sales.
