Opening of executive recruitment process for membership on the Management Board of PGNiG S.A.

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”) reports that at the meeting held on December 2nd 2008 the Supervisory Board of PGNiG decided to open an executive recruitment process for the following positions:
- Member of the PGNiG Management Board – Vice-President responsible for oil mining.
An announcement of the recruitment process will be published in the “Rzeczpospolita” daily on December 5th 2008. Applications will be opened on January 7th 2009.
The recruitment process will be carried out in accordance with the Recruitment Process Rules.
