Further to Current Report No. 87/2008 of November 13th 2008, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) hereby reports that on November 27th 2008, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG – acting in accordance with Art. 33.1.6 of the Company’s Articles of Association – approved the document entitled “Strategy for the PGNiG Group Until 2015”.
