Court Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of AssociationCurrent Report No. 90/2007 of November 30th 2007The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG") hereby reports that on November 30th 2007 it received the decision issued by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, dated November 20th 2007, concerning registration of amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on September 26th 2007, excluding the amendment concerning a change in the Company’s scope of business related to “letting of own property". The Court substantiated non-registration of the amendment by stating that the fact in question is already disclosed in the register.The consolidated text of the Articles of Association will be published after its approval by the Supervisory Board of PGNiG, pursuant to Par. 33.1.8 of PGNiG’s Articles of Association.
