Fulfilment of a condition precedent under an Annex to Regasification Agreement

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) reports that the second condition precedent under an annex to the Regasification Agreement of March 18th 2010 between PGNiG and Polskie LNG S.A. (“Polish LNG”), announced by the Company in Current Report No. 67/2017 of August 28th 2010 was satisfied on October 18th 2017. The condition precedent is presenting Polish LNG by PGNiG the capacity stipulated in the agreement, according to the LNG Terminal Operations Manual, before the provision of the service.
The first condition precedent about seeking the corporate approvals by Polish LNG authorities was satisfied on September 11th 2017. The company announced about that in Current Report No. 71/2017 of September 11th 2017.
