Fulfilment of a condition precedent under an Annex to Regasification Agreement

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) reports that a one of the two conditions precedent under an annex to the Regasification Agreement of March 18th 2010 between PGNiG and Polskie LNG S.A. (“Polish LNG”), announced by the Company in Current Report No. 67/2017 of August 28th 2010 was satisfied on September 11th 2017. The condition precedent is for seeking the corporate approvals by Polish LNG authorities.
