Registration of Amendments to PGNiG’s Articles of Association by Court

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) hereby reports that on August 10th 2017 it obtained an information about a resolution from the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register on the registration of the amendment to PGNiG’s Articles of Association adopted by virtue of Resolution No. 37/VI/2017 of the Annual Shareholders Meeting of PGNiG held on June 28th 2017. The registration of the amendment took place on July 31st 2017.
The registered amendment was presented in the current report no. 57/2017 dated June 29th 2017.
