President of URE’s decision on PGNiG’s Tariff for the Largest Customers
Current Report No. 60/2017
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”) has been notified of the approval, by way of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office’s (“President of URE”) decision of July 12th 2017 of the new PGNiG Gas Fuel Trading Tariff No. 15/2017 - Tariff for the Largest Customers (“Tariff for the Largest Customers”).
Due to the lower prices of crude oil and natural gas across wholesale markets in north-western Europe PGNiG’s total cost of gas fell below the cost assumed for the calculation of the existing Tariff for the Largest Customers.
Therefore, the average trading price of gas fuel decreased by 6.7% for high-methane gas and by 6.8% for nitrogen-rich gas.
The Tariff for the Largest Customers will be valid from August 1st until September 30th 2017.
For detailed information on the approved tariffs, see www.ure.gov.pl and Biuletyn Branżowy URE.
