Changes in the composition of the PGNiG Supervisory Board
Current Report No. 54/2017
The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”) reports that the Annual General Meeting of PGNiG SA held on June 28th 2017 made the change to the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA by:
1. removing Mr Sławomir Borowiec, Mr Andrzej Gonet, Mr Mateusz Boznański, Mr Wojciech Bieńkowski, Mrs Anna Magdalena Wellisz, Mr Bartłomiej Nowak and Mr Piotr Sprzączak from the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA,
2. appointing Mr Bartłomiej Nowak, Mr Andrzej Gonet, Mr Piotr Sprzączak, Mr Grzegorz Tchorek, Mr Piotr Broda, Mr Mieczysław Kawecki, Mr Sławomir Borowiec and Mr Stanisław Sieradzki to the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA.
The other information specified in Par. 28 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. No. 33 of February 28th 2009, item 259) will be disclosed in a current report.
