Appointment of registered proxy – supplement
Current Report No. 201/2013 As a supplement to Current Report No. 197/2013 of December 20th 2013, the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ('PGNiG', ‘the Company’) presents information on Mrs. Violetta Jasińska-Jaśkowiak, appointed as the Company’s registered proxy.
Mrs. Violetta Jasińska-Jaśkowiak graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. She holds a Canadian Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) diploma from the Quebec Montreal University (UQAM) and Warsaw School of Economics. Mrs. Jasińska-Jaskowiak also completed postgraduate programmes in accounting and taxes, both at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a licensed tax advisor and holds a license from the Ministry of Finance to provide accounting services on a contract basis.
In 1997-2008 worked in the financial sector (BRE SA. DZ BANK Polska S.A, Kredyt Bank S.A. TUIR Warta), gradually advancing in the ranks and becoming Country Tax Coordinator for the KBC Group in Poland and Tax Strategy Director at Kredyt Bank S.A.
Since 2008, she has held executive positions at PGNiG S.A. – initially as Accounting Department Deputy Director, and, since June 2012, Accounting Department Director and Chief Accountant of PGNiG S.A. Mrs Jasińska-Jaśkowiak also serves on the Board of Directors of PGNiG Finance AB of Stockholm; in the past served on supervisory boards of a number of PGNiG Group companies, including PGNiG Termika S.A.
The newly-appointed has stated that as of December 20th 2013 she is not engaged in any activities competitive to PGNiG’s business. Mrs. Violetta Jasińska-Jaśkowiak is not a partner in any competitive civil-law partnership or other types of partnership, nor is she a member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG. She is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
