The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") reports that on January 16, 2019 the PGNiG’s Supervisory Board adopted resolution to dismiss Mr Radosław Bartosik from the composition of the PGNiG’s Management Board serving in the capacity of Vice-President responsible for Operations.
