Appointment of registered proxy

The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo Spółka Akcyjna (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) hereby announces that at today’s meeting, the Management Board of PGNiG decided to appoint the following person as the Company’s registered proxy:
- Mrs. Violetta Jasińska-Jaśkowiak.
The granted proxy is a joint proxy, which means that in order for the actions effected by the proxy to be valid, the proxy needs to act jointly with a member of the Management Board of PGNiG.
As soon as the Company receives the required representations, the other information specified in Par. 28 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. No. 33 of February 28th 2009, item 259) will be published in a current report.
