Warsaw, December 19th 2011Division of powers between the Management Board members of PGNiGCurrent Report No. 181/2011The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", the "Company") hereby reports that the Supervisory Board of PGNiG on the meeting held on December 19th 2011 approved the Resolution of the Management Board of December 19th 2011 concerning the division of powers between the Management Board members of PGNiG.In regard to the resignation of Mr Michał Szubski from the position of PGNiG’s President, with effect from December 31st 2011, the supervision of the activities within the responsibilities of the President of the Management Board of PGNiG, herein coordination of the activities of the Management Board, were assigned to Mr Marek Karabuła, the Member of the Management Board responsible for Oil Mining, starting from January 1st 2012 until the conclusion of selection procedure for the position of the President of the Management Board.
