Warsaw, December 19th 2011Resignation of Mr Michał Szubski from the position of PGNiG SA’s PresidentCurrent Report No. 180/2011The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG", the "Company") hereby reports that today Mr Michał Szubski resigned from the position of PGNiG SA’s President, with effect from December 31st 2011, for personal reasons.Mr Michał Szubski was first chosen for the position of PGNiG SA’s President by way of open competition on March 12th 2008. In January 2011 he was chosen for the second term.
