PGNiG's Supervisory Board has appointed Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. to review PGNiG’s financial statementsCurrent report no 136/2005 dated 9 December 2005Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo S.A. (‘PGNiG’), announces that in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Association, PGNiG's Supervisory Board, following its meeting on 8 December 2005, has appointed Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o., ("Deloitte Audyt"), based in Warsaw, to review PGNiG’s financial statements for 2005. In addition, Deloitte Audyt will review PGNiG’s half year financial statements for 2006.
