Mr Tadeusz Soroka resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiGCurrent report no 135/2005 dated 08 December 2005The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (“PGNiG”), announces that it has today received a note informing it that on 8 December 2005 Mr Tadeusz Soroka, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG.Mr Soroka has not provided the reasons of his resignation.
