Start of negotiations between PGNiG S.A. and other investors, i.e. ENEA S.A., ENERGA S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. regarding project of investment agreement and between investors and “Polimex-Mostostal” S.A.

The Management Board of Polish Oil and Gas Company (“PGNiG”, “Company”) hereby informs that on December 6th, 2016 PGNiG S.A. entered general discussion with ENEA S.A., ENERGA S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“Investors”) as well as negotiations between Investors and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. ("Polimex").
The aim of the discussion is to work out the structure of potential capital involvement of Investors in Polimex and to develop potential cooperation model internally between Investors in this process.
At the moment of opening of negotiations the Company did not assume any liabilities regarding potential capital involvement in Polimex.
PGNiG will inform the public about relevant developments in separate current reports.
