The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board at its meeting held on March 14, 2019 decided to appoint Mr. Robert Perkowski for the position of Management Board’s Member responsible for Operations, with the effect from March 18, 2019, for the joint term of office of the Company's Management Board, ending on December 31, 2019.
Immediately after the Company receives curriculum vitae and the required statements from Mr. Robert Perkowski, referred to in § 10 sec. 4) - 6) of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. 2018, item 757), they will be published in a separate current report.
